One team designs, machines and tests every cylinder under one roof.
Design
Sized to your machine
Our application engineers size the bore, stroke and mounting from your load and speed, then send a drawing for your approval before anything is cut.

Machining
Machined in-house
Barrels, rods, end caps and pistons are turned and milled on our own CNC lines, so tolerances and lead times stay in our hands.

Testing
Pressure-tested before dispatch
Every cylinder is held at test pressure on our rig and cycled end to end before it is painted and packed.
