(01)Can you build a cylinder to my stroke and bore?

Yes. Send the bore, rod diameter, stroke and mounting style, and we will return a drawing with the working pressure before you commit.

(02)What information do you need for a power pack?

Flow, working pressure, duty cycle and the supply voltage. A sketch of the circuit helps us size the pump, tank and valves correctly.

(03)How long does a custom order take?

Standard cylinders ship in two to three weeks. Power packs and special builds are confirmed with a dated schedule when you place the order.

(04)Is every unit tested before dispatch?

Every cylinder is pressure-tested on our bench, and every power pack is run under load. The test sheet travels with the unit.

(05)Do you repair and reseal existing cylinders?

We do. Bring or send the cylinder; we strip it, inspect the rod and barrel, and quote the repair before any work starts.
